The Believe Boutique (The Believe Bar & Bedrooms)

Arrived at 12.30 as going to the races went to get in but all locked up then a lady approached us and said she is in the shower I will ring her as it's my daughter she also said the rooms were ready as she had been in cleaning them . Then the lady opens the door let's us into the bar area to announce that the rooms are not ready obviously a lie then said we could check in early for an extra cost so if the rooms not ready how can we check in ?? Anyway declined the early check in and went off to the races and checked in later when we did we found the room ok it could do with a small spruce up but not the worst I have been in.bathroom was of a good standard but I wouldn't go back as being lied to just to try and get more money from me was very poor this was a quiet Monday so bar was unfortunately closed so did not get to try it

Friendly staff , clean and tidy bar in the hotel meeting new people with lively smiles Claire, the one who was assisting, is very good in her job. Keep it up . The area is beautiful. I just fell in love with it xx

This hotel is a gem in Redcar. It was an unplanned stay due to working late in Teeside and I needed to be back the next day so has to stay. Claire was able to accommodate me a very short notice and I thought it was too good to be true but it wasn't the hotel was fantastic and done to a very very high standard. The bed was lovely I had a great sleep,the bathroom was amazing. I would definitely like to come and stay just for pleasure rather than work In the future.

I had a delightful experience staying at the Believe Boutique. The rooms were lovely, and the atmosphere was on point. Upon arriving at the Believe Boutique, I met with Claire, the owner of the Hotel and Bar (Bar Noir). Claire was a fantastic host, who took the time to show me to my gorgeous room which included a stunning bath (complete with salts and bubbles), an extraordinarily comfortable bed with the softest pillows I have ever had the pleasure to rest my head on and a stylish, immaculately clean, bathroom. Each night of my stay was fabulous, I wish I was able to have cancelled some plans on my busy days to enjoy the bar and room more than I was able to. The bar itself was very trendy and featured lots of brilliant music. Claire even took the time to create an off the menu drink; a dark and stormy, which was delicious. Claires knowledge of the local area and kind approachable nature has made my stay at the Believe Boutique more than just a holiday away. It made Redcar a lovely place to which I am excited to return in the future with less plans so I could enjoy the area and atmosphere at a more leisurely pace. Thank you again Claire, for facilitating such a memorable holiday, it would not have been the same staying anywhere else.

Beautiful room. Very well decorated with lots of nice touches. Extras all of a high quality. It is run by Claire whose passion for the hotel shines through. Would highly recommend. Definitely return.
