Nice clean place , we stayed in penthouse and the window doesn't close tight and was a constant noise and breeze coming through , you have to stand up and look out of the loft window for a view if your 5ft youd not see . Not good at all . Location is spot on tho , parking is secure out of the back . Would come back but not in penthouse. Due to lack of a view and paying extra for it . Only had 2 sachets of sugar and 2 milk we were there 2 nights .

Lock wouldn't work couldn't get into room , only 1 pillow which was flat , room was very light with no dark black out curtains

On arrival it was clear that the room did not have the facilities as listed on the booking platform. We had booked expecting a dining table and sofa as my partner and I were staying here together. Neither were present. Only one bar stool against a small counter top area. My partner has dietary requirements that meant we wanted to self cater, however with nowhere to sit and eat we were forced to seek cafes and restaurants for meals. The bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people due to the poor quality of the mattress. I ended up buying an air bed so that both of us could get some sleep without feeling like we were on a boat. The toilet is so close to the wall you cannot sit on it forward facing especially if you're a slightly bigger person, and the toilet roll holder was hanging on by a thread. The shower was not properly fixed to the wall and fell off upon first touch. The fire safety lighting can only be described as feeling like you're being abducted by a UFO in the middle of the night. It is so bright is illuminates the entire room in green. When we queried this we were told it was mandatory for fire regs, however when we moved to another room due to our complaints - this mandatory feature was not present. We raised these concerns with management who sent out a lovely maintenance guy.... Who was fully understanding of our issues. We were being relocated to room 9 which did have the facilities we were after. We waited and waited for the info for moving and in the end I had to call them, they tried to then move us to another room identical to the one we were in. Upon insisting we were meant to go to room 9 it transpired that the customer in room 8 have already been relocated into room 9 and therefore no longer available. We moved to room 10 - better and more comfortable but still no sofa, although there was a dining table in this one and we were able to save on one breakfast before ending our stay. We are still waiting to hear from management, who I was assured would contact me to discuss the issues and compensation.. Check in was easy - door codes etc is a helpful system. Unfortunately I would not recommend this accomodation currently. It is falsely advertised on booking platforms. This stay caused us nothing but stress and discomfort!

What a fab find! Easy check in. Parking included. Great location opposite the beach. Lovely view! The bed was very comfy too! The apartment was spotless, the shower was lovely! We would stay again! Thanks
