Great location and stunning views from the breakfast room. Lovely filling breakfast. Warm and clean place. Terry and Hannah were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Never. Ever. Stay here. The host Terry is lovely but the wife Hannah. Wow! She is a piece of work. I stayed here for some R&R and instead of that I got the gardener next door going at it. I tried to contact the gardener but he was wearing ear defenders. I then went to see Hannah expecting a warm welcome and a “hi. Sorry about the noise. Fancy a cuppa”. I could have relaxed but no. She was vile for me. I feel robbed.

We stayed in The Annex in September for a few days. The Annex is suitable for families, especially with a toddler. Terry and Hannah were fab hosts, always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. After a day of walking, it was always lovely to know that the baby was asleep in the room next to the living room so we could enjoy dinner & drinks together without the worry of waking him up. Recommended to many friends & family already! We will be making a return visit without a doubt!

The hosts of this guest house in Reeth, Yorkshire were very friendly, polite and helpful. They provided daily bottles of water and biscuits in our room. The room was very clean with en suite facilities. The view from the breakfast room was a picture postcard. There were two sittings for breakfast. Three types of cereals and different flavoured yogurts to choose from. Preordered breakfast in the earlier slot made the process easy. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. A choice of full English, eggs on toast and other tasty items to choose from. Very generous for £12.00. Definitely kept you fulled for the day. This is definitely a guest house I would recommend to friends and family. They would not be disappointed with the high standards, facilities and service provided.

What a gem of a place this is, highly recommended. Warm welcome from the hosts, clean, well presented rooms, fantastic food and beautiful surroundings. Social distancing so well practised and promoted by the hosts that you hardly notice it. Love the relaxing atmosphere, fabulous views and mixed ability walks, lots to see and do so perfect for couples or families. Book a room or stay in the amazing self catering annexe you won't be disappointed.
