Ivy Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Perfect location, warm welcome, delicious breakfast and clean room, albeit on a small side. The host is lovely and welcoming. Can't fault it.

Wonderful place, really cosy and clean. Donna is a very sweet host. Books and games available in the sitting room. I would love to come back here someday.

Donna is a rare diamond in the bed and breakfast world. She runs this beautiful place on her own and she does an exceptional job. Everywhere is spotless and full of homely little touches. We stayed in room 1 which was spacious with views out over the village green and a large bathroom. 10 out of 10!

Has to be one of the largest & nicest places to stay along the Coast to Coast trail or James Herriot trail. Donna is a real gem. Her home is stunning. Totally updated, lots & lots of space. Every detail is attended to. Breakfast overlooking the town square is nice. Centrally located near pubs, restaurants, post office, shops and bus stop. Highly recommend. This is a must when in the area. Bathrooms & room decor all updated. Very comfortable. Easy to locate when hiking in or out of town.

Lovely little b&b. Donna the owner cant do enough for you. Great little find and good breakfast. Exceptionally clean throughout. Ample parking on the green.
