Time wasted…I purchased a voucher through Groupon and went in for my appointment, only to be told that the service was for women only. Nowhere in the listing did it state this, and as a man, I was obviously unable to proceed. I was made to feel uncomfortable and when I asked for a refund, I was told I would need to find a woman to use the voucher instead. This was not made clear at any point before purchase, and I now have a voucher I cannot use. Very disappointing experience—customers should be properly informed before booking.

Lovely staff, had a lovely girl do a wash and cut for me today. She was really informative and gentle with my hair. Left with a great cut and will definitely be coming back ☺️
