Absolutely top notch everything I needed and really helpful regards my replacement glass for my multifuel stove, can't recommend enough will definitely be a regular customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had issue with stainless liner, that they fitted a few years ago, apparently with a warranty. Insisted to me that my complaint was with the manufacturer, not their shop, but the manufacturer had gone out of business so tough, basically. They never call me back, even after I went in the shop. They were great several years ago, but now customer service is awful. Avoid.

I would like to say at the start the staff, very helpful and all just to get your money. I have had the fire a few years now, and still highly disappointed. 25 years warranty but they are always reluctant to come out, last time it took over 15 pestering phone calls. The seal around mine keeps falling off and the plinth is still not level, it's like having a permanent trip hazard in your living room. There excuse, floor isn't level, well why can't you pack underneath. I would stay away as they are not very good at after sales when you need the.

All good to start off with but then Women in shop had little understanding of business and doesn't have the relationship with stove manufacturer as she thinks, which is no surprise if she has the same attitude with manufacturer as she did with us! After making enquiries elsewhere every other supplier/installer has taken delivery of the stove we want so gone elsewhere and purchased same stove, had another survey and then installed before they have even given us a call to say they have taken delivery of a stove never mind an install date!
