THE TOWN HALL PUB AND DINING

Popped in here for a spot of lunch with a friend. It wasn't busy, we were really, and we were greeted by the lady at the bar who took our orders. We both opted for a chippy butty with a coke. We sat at our table and the food followed in due course. It looked amazing. Goujons of fish in a sandwich with tartar sauce and a mayonnaise. A nice salad alongside and we had a portion of chips as a side which we shared. It was absolutely delicious and quite substantial. We will definitely go there again.

Recommended for lunch. Good menu choice (including gluten free). We had pie (mash was swapped to fries for a small additional charge), brie tart and a hot baguette. The hand cut chips were amazing! Good service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Chewy chicken Nasty carrots Peas were mid Gravy was rotten Yorkshire pudding was only decent thing Wouldn’t even make my worst enemy eat And THEY CHARGE FOR MORE GRAVEY Even the toilets stunk out the pub Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! Especially if your planning on taking fussy kids

As a regular visitor to richmond the town hall would always be our favourite place to dine... something in 2025 has changed . The quality and presentation of the meals served has deteriorated so much so I am reluctant to return. The last visit in November made my mind up. You could recommend the townhall to anyone for good food . Something has changed for the worse in recent months.

We stopped by The Town Hall Pub & Dining in Richmond for lunch and had a great meal. The burger was delicious and very filling—definitely a good choice if you're hungry! The pub itself was quiet inside, making it a nice spot for a relaxed meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a good place for a tasty lunch in a calm setting.
