I was very impressed with this cafe. The staff were accommodating of me and my mum being gluten free and even went to the shop to go and get some more gluten free rolls. They even gave us gluten free biscuits with our cup of teas which most cafes don’t do that often so I was impressed with that. They also understood gluten free as well which made me feel happy eating there. I definitely recommend this if there’s anyone in Richmond looking for a nice cafe to eat at.
Exceptional service and delicious food - went above and beyond! My wife and daughter recently visited Deja Brew and were absolutely impressed with the quality of the food and service. When my wife saw a cake being taken away, she enquired about takeaway food for our youngest's 6th birthday party. Although the lovely staff explained this wasn't something they usually do, the owner kindly agreed to help us out. The collection was arranged for 9:00 AM and everything was ready before time - fantastic organisation! The attention to detail was first-class. They carefully explained that the delicious sausage rolls used egg wash (no dairy), the sandwiches had cheese but no butter as a spread, and provided clear information about all ingredients. The food was absolutely delicious - the quiche was tasty, with lovely cheese and onion, the quiche Lorraine with bacon and egg was perfect, and the cheese, ham, and jam sandwiches were a true hit with the children. Thank you for making Elliott's birthday so special! The food was excellent, the service was friendly and professional, and they even helped carry everything to the car, saving me a trip. Deja Brew went above and beyond their usual service to help make our little one's day memorable. Highly recommend this gem in Richmond!
Very pleasant warm atmosphere cafe that offers great quality food, beautiful cakes, hot drinks at a good price. The two ladies were very friendly and attentive to all customers. Highly recommend the hot chocolate & cappuccino! Lovely clean space to enjoy food & drink in the heart of Richmond 😋💛
Very plain, dry and boring food. We both had paninis, both were dry with hardly any filling and no cheese. The coleslaw was nice until I found a hair in it. Hot chocolate was nice
Stopped in for a light lunch and wasn't disappointed. I had the tuna pasta salad and it was delicious, everything was fresh and the portions were very generous. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Lots of choice on the menu which was great as I'm a picky eater
