Barries Ices

Just had to have a soft 99 ice cream, absolutely refreshing and tasty.

Ice cream was really good, tasted like a mixture of "real" traditional ice cream and mr whippy. Didn't think the prices were bad compared to ice cream vans etc. Nothing to complain about!

Ordered an iced cream, when she started the machine, liquid flowed into the cone, that was emptied and the cone used. Not a major problem you might think but the liquid softened the cone to a point where it was impossible to hold as it softened. At least get the basics right when serving any kind of food to the public

Nothing wrong with the ice-cream itself but the man at the counter serving was very rude, told another colleague to shut up whilst talking to me, was very dismissive, constantly couldn’t hear me and was patronising about the whole situation. Quite sad.

Absolutely amazing ice cream. So rich and creamy. Great spot too, it’s near the falls on the river.
