Wow! What a wonderful little gem of a find. Stayed in Richmond for the weekend and ate here both nights. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome. The chef came out to see us on both nights to check everything was OK. It was more than OK, the food was absolutely beautiful. Real hearty Italian food made with love. With very reasonable prices too!! We had the lobster and it was utterly delicious!! The starters were also very tasty and presentation was on point. Can highly recommend the baked feta, brushetta and scallops! They serve big portions and the sides are equally cared for in that the veg are seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The puddings are also amazing! We had the tiramisu and banoffee cheesecake and a lovely Italian coffee. The 2nd night my partner asked if we could be seated upstairs in the private dining area. The staff made the table up with such care, candles, roses and rose petals!! It was so perfect!! You can see this family run business loves doing what it does. The Chef Daniel really cared about his food and it didn't disapoint! Such a wonderful place and we will definitely be back to sample all the other delights on the vast menu. Thank you for the best food experience we've ever had!!
Wow wow wow what a fantastico Italiano. It's a very intimate family run restaurant with amazing food. We was greated and seated and not rushed. We went for olive's and bread for starter and fish for main course. Compliments to the chef the pan fried sea bass was out of this world and the veg was so tasty and very well seasoned. The food was a nice amount and me and Mrs B had desert Mrs B had ice-cream but I had to try the tiramisu and what a tiramisu it was probably the best I've tried so far. Would I be going back hell yes.
This restaurant is really lovely. Everything was perfect for our evening out. The food was superb so was the wine, nothing was rushed, altogether a great place.
Had an absolutely amazing night tonight. We had a work function and the staff were very accommodating. Anna the chef was incredible as the food was so flavourful and the portions were massive. The cocktails were top notch and the bartender was happy to make cocktails that weren't on the menu. The serve from New Zealand was phenomenal with her service and conversation. I strongly recommend coming here
Booked a table to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. Nice background music but you can still have a conversation. It was a lovely surprise to be given a couple of flowers and a tiramisu to share for our anniversary. So thoughtful. If we're ever in the area again, I'd definitely return.
