We ordered a buffet for 20 people for a family celebration and it was absolutely spot on. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented, and there was plenty for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, with a great variety that suited all ages. So many guests commented on how good the food was, and it made the whole event feel effortless for us. Excellent service and fantastic food, we wouldn’t hesitate to order again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much 😊

We were recommended to try this tea room by a friend. Wow the cakes were amazing, we went back three times. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's also important to us that they were dog friendly. Will definitely visit again if we come back to Richmond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the beautiful and historic market town of Richmond in North Yorkshire. As I hadn’t been for some time, I was out of touch with where I could eat. After a stranger suggested the Little Drummer Boy tearoom, I thought I’d give it a try. After only a short walk from the centre of town, I found it. Even from the outside it looked welcoming and friendly. After going inside I was soon seated at a comfortable table and ready to browse what was on offer. The menu has some really great choices but I opted for the “Great Yorkshire breakfast” This consisted of Two bacon, 2 eggs, beans, mushrooms, fried tomato, fried bread, sausage and black pudding. However as I’m not a big lover of BP, I chose an extra sausage. It was really tasty and it wasn’t long before I’d finished. Washed down with a cup of coffee. The place looked really tidy and well kept and seemed very popular with locals and other tourists. Definitely one to revisit again. The staff were excellent and attentive (but not overly)

Excellent tea room with a large selection of hot and cold food, afternoon tea, cakes, and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. ☕️ We ordered a selection of hot and cold food, including cakes and scones, and everything was excellent. Portions were generous and everything had a delicious fresh "home cooked" feel. They have lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options, including cakes, hot food, and drinks. The only downside, and the reason I have not given 5⭐️ is that the inside of the cafe, with the main seating area, was unbearably hot and humid, forcing us to sit outside. We visited on a normal day at noon, around 18°C, and the inside was full of condensation and extremely hot. This could be easily fixed with better air flow or even a dehumidifier. 🦮✅ The entire cafe is dog friendly! Including the indoor and outdoor seating.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. The food was delicious, you could taste the ingredients were locally sourced, hollandaise sauce was just amazing ... We had Great Yorkshire Breakfast and Eggs Benedict, then took a selection of 3 cakes home. Very happy and will be back for sure with all the family.
