Richmond Banking Hub

HSBC Bank Hub Richmond, Yorks and HSBC Bank Darlington. Following the death of my father I needed to access the bank account of my mother, who suffers from dementia, in order to pay for care and costs. At a very difficult time Lauren Robinson of the HSBC at their banking hub in Richmond, Yorks and Paula Dent of the HSBC branch in Darlington could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. Powers of attorney, proofs of identity and banking advice given was professional, quick and they made it very easy. It meant that within 7 days I had full access to the bank account which relieved me of significant stress at this difficult time. They were both a credit to the HSBC. Thank you. Tim Swettenham
