Bought my first Focus RS from Browns of Richmond. Exactly as advertised, spoke on phone, admitted i didnt have best credit for finance but they found me best deal possible to get the car. Went to see and have a good test drive, went away for new year and come back to pick it up. Great customer service from Lewis and team from start to finish. Also asked if I wanted them to service prior to getting or leaving as it was Full Ford history so I left it to keep as Full ford. Would definitely use in the future and recommend.

Fantastic service, the sales team have a level of service/customer experience that they provide in house. I was buying from a great distance and with limited time on a vehicle that ticked all my boxes. As I could not attend the showroom Alex risked breaking with their tradition a bit and did everything online for us. Even sorted us out with a delivery through adverse weather. I recently traded in my very loved Range Rover Velar for a Tesla Model Y at Brown's in Richmond. Alex who helped my husband and I with our purchase made us feel welcome and valued as customers. He was trustworthy and professional with a lovely friendly manner. He took the time to understand my needs and thoroughly explained why the car would be good for me, whilst also maintaining full honesty about all the features. We had been to multiple garages before this and had been put off by the pushy sales (I've also found it very hard to part with a car I loved). Alex was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car and gave us a very comprehensive demonstration, even making me feel comfortable whilst my hungry 5 month old baby cried through the entire demo. I felt Alex was honest and transparent and didn't at all feel pushed in to a sale. I love my Tesla and I am so pleased I made the purchase. Just to note, all of the other staff were also warm and welcoming as we entered the office space. My husband and I will defo be back when we both are due our next car upgrades. Thank you

I visited Browns for advice about purchasing a Used electric car, and I suspect I will be visiting them again for future purchases! The sales team are very, very knowledgeable about their cars (especially EV's) and, importantly, they listen to what YOU want rather than immediately try and sell you the first one to hand. Whether you are local or further afield, I cannot recommend them more highly.
