Quakers Lane Surgery

Left this surgery, and I needed my medical records they kept saying they didn’t have them which is against gdpr to get rid of 31 years of records. They kept saying to contact pcse england I even spoke to a senior receptionist and she kept saying it. It took my new receptionist at my new gp practice to say she was going to make a complaint to finally get them to send the records 180 pages which they kept saying they didn’t have. Absolutely disgusting and I am so glad I have a good practice now where the receptionists don’t think their god! The doctors are great here but not reception. When I was a patient here, I rang up because have a hernia and I get acid when I rang to make an appointment, as I kept being sick, the receptionist told me to take gaviscon. When I did leave the surgery and needed my prescription at my new surgery and I rang to have it sent through they wouldn’t send it to the new practice Receptionists are not good I would make stronger words then that but don’t want to sink to their level

My wife and I have ALWAYS found ALL the staff at this practice helpful, patient, professional, in short, outstanding in every way. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait, yes, you don't always get seen at your appointed time and yes, often there is no explanation, so what?? Be thankful that we have a medical practice, we have an NHS, we have alot more than many other people in other places have. Thank you Quaker Lane Medical Practice that when I/we mess up you have always been there to help and put right as best you can, we appreciate you very, very much!

Dr Maillard was utterly incredible with her advice over the phone today a truly personable doctor who puts your mind at rest. Thank you would highly recommend

Very positive. It is partly about finding a GP who understands you & having friendly people deal with you & I have found both at this surgery.

Can't complain about a single thing, always get appointments quickly if needed, never have to wait long to get through via phone or contacting them online is really easy and quick. Always get repeat medications prescriped quickly. Friendly staff. Nice surgery which I feel lucky to be a patient at!
