Absolutely delighted with the staff members at this practice. You are always greeted with a friendly smiling face and dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. They never rush you taking the time to get to know what your needs are. Well done to the whole team you are all amazing.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from the Richmond store. I must say from start to finish all of the staff were super nice, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, i called into the store yesterday with a query about one of my pairs of glasses and the member of staff who served me was fantastic. She sorted the issue whilst I waited and free of charge. Five stars from me and i highly recommend.

I attended my first eyesight test appointment at Richmond, N.Yorks. The whole experience was first class - friendly, made me feel relaxed, helpful on offers & prices, not rushed & I felt listened to. Would recommend to anyone to try them.

Although very busy, the staff were very attentive to my needs. The tests were carried out quickly and efficiently. The optician explained the changes to my eyesight and answered all my questions. There was a wide range of spectacles to choose from. I only had to wait a week to collect my 2 pairs of glasses which suit me well.
