I would highly recommend Forces Homes as they have helped myself and my partner immensely with securing a home. Paul has been great with communication, keeping us updated every step of the way and answering any questions we've had regarding property management. Will worked amazingly with the estate agent and kept clear communication with us whilst negotiations were under way. Josh completed an incredibly indepth report of the house and the local area sending this to us extremely quickly. Currently working with Cherie who has already been extremely approachable, great help and communicated with the estate agent clearly and thoroughly.

I would advise all members of the Forces and veterans to stay clear. I should have done things myself as I was the one who was constantly prompting questions to be asked and chasing for updates. The solicitors they employ are excruciatingly inept and add no value. The only good thing about them is the mortgage broker that they employ. As for any after care, as soon as completion is done, you don’t hear from them again. I even had to pay for the postage on the congratulations card that they sent. Stay away!!

Really good experience and exactly what I needed as a first time buyer. The process was handled superbly and stress free. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again. Great team and you always knew what stage you were on and what was coming next in good time.
