(👇Updated below👇)Viewed a flat in Romanby northallerton ,estate agent turned up with a fella couldn’t get into main building had to ask a neighbour before entering property estate agent said the fella was her husband ,got into flat he was looking for himself looking too down size in the future he said come to have a look ,I quickly looked and left leaving them behind the property was being lived in even though the pictures online showed the property empty did contact Irving’s not long after property was reduced 115k to 109k think a conflict of interest ..I got out. (👇Updated below👇) (Update👉)Nothing was said about the husband sitting in the car , and I have emailed margi@irvingsproperty expressing my concerns and recieved no reply on the 7/8/25 that’s why I waited to review, why would I put an offer in when I wasn’t happy with the service that makes no sense

Moved to a lovely cottage in Middleton Tyas, Richmond today, thanks to Holly at Irving’s everything ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble.

4.5 🌟 Had a really good experience from start to move in date. Holly was very approachable, attentive and responsive to us. As stress free as a move can get! Portal easy to use for references and deposit. Speedy turn around with very little waiting. Only small challenge, was lack of information on existing utility providers to assist us in bill set up prior to move - although we are empathetic as this beautiful home has not been traditionally let before. Ultimately, excellent service and process. We’re so excited to be living here and grateful to Holly and Irvings for helping us find our dream home.

Karen, Amy, Claire and the rest of the Irvings team are AMAZING! We have recently used them for both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one and i couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are professional, polite and competitively priced. They make a very longwinded process feel a lot less overwhelming and are happy to answer any questions you may have. I wouldn't use any other estate agent moving forward.

My husband and I have used Irvings' services for nearly twenty years. They have looked after us extremely well and we have had a great experience with them. We will only use and recommend Irvings.
