Me or my partner would not take our car to any other garage! Best garage in Richmond! They are completely honest and so reliable and they have the best prices! We only trust these guys on our cars! I have found in the past other garages to over charge and do a terrible job but we have never had that at Gallowgate! Anyone would be a fool not to use them.

What a fantastic little garage with really helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately whilst visiting Richmond today with my aged mother, my car battery went kaput! After explaining my predicament they offered to start my car using a jump pack (for nothing). Regrettably my cars battery was completely broken. They kindly looked after us both until a new battery was delivered and fitted. I was really impressed how kind and helpful they were. A truly first class service from a first class company!

Found this place by sheer chance. Took my Freelander in with a noise coming from the lower end. After speaking to Ian he agreed to take a look there and then, even though they were very very busy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could maybe get it sorted the same day if the parts were available. This was done and the car was ready within a few hours. What a great service and really very friendly guys who work there. Many thanks for your rapid response. Very highly recommended.

The team at Gallowgate Motors are my go to garage for many years. Always do a great job and try to be accommodating in doing the job to get it back to you. Need my car for work so always stressful when it needs a repair. Lovely and friendly and so very helpful
