Day Lewis Pharmacy Richmond + Weight Loss Clinic

I have just walked out of this pharmacy as the large lady with the blonde hair totally embarrassed me talking loudly about my health, her attitude was disgraceful I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Please give more training to this woman on customer service and discretion

I cannot thank the Chemist and staff enough. I came on holiday with only part of my prescription. I used the incredibly efficient on-line NHS 111 service which pointed me to this Pharmacy on a Saturday morning. Like an idiot I assumed the Pharmacy would be open all day. A member of staff called me to say they had the prescription ready but I had 7 mins to closing. I got to the Pharmacy 5 minutes after closing but a young lady (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) waited for me with my prescription. Very kind and beyond the call of duty!

Excellent service provided by the pharmacist on Thurs 24th April. I am on holiday and needed advice for very sore throat. She took time to examine me and gave me advise on my options, even rang the local doctors for me. Thank you

Can't praise the staff here enough. I'd forgotten some of my medication & was on the first leg of trip north.Contacted NHS111 who arranged for me to pick it up at the pharmacy. Everyone went out of their way to help despite being busy with 'flu vaccinations. Thank you all so much.

Clearly there is a problem here. The staff would benefit from customer care training. They are rude and uncaring. I witnessed a confused old lady been told her medication wasn’t available. No apology or alternative offered, she was just turned away she was clearly not unable to walk far or understand what other options she had. Awful to see.
