Extremely Slow, Unresponsive, and Unprofessional Experience. I’ve been involved in a land purchase where the vendor’s solicitor (H&G) has caused significant delays due to extremely poor communication and lack of urgency. Emails go unanswered for long periods, updates are not provided, and there appears to be little to no initiative to move the transaction forward. This slow and unresponsive approach has created unnecessary stress and anxiety for everyone involved in what should have been a straightforward process. Professional solicitors are expected to act efficiently and keep all parties informed — unfortunately, that has not been the case here. If you value timely communication, proactive service, and professionalism, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I had a tricky sale of my flat in London due to first time buyers who had a very junior solicitor. Katy Thackray from H&G was great, very on my side, efficient, available and lovely. Recommend.
