She tailored several options for us, offered expert guidance (especially on luxury and villa stays), and made sure each detail was covered. She finds me and my family the most perfect holiday and she checks me in on line and sends me all my travel documents. She also calls me when I am away to see if I am ok. I booked a holiday to Spain last year and this year developed limited mobility, I was so worried I thought I’d have to cancel!
