Just wanted to post a review because of the most awful woman behind the counter in this shop today.. I had a voucher from 2023 that I have tried to spend in this shop but was unable to pick anything suitable for the amount. On 2 occasions I asked the lady there did the voucher have a use by date to which she replied No. so I knew I had plenty of time to pick something. . I called in today and brought up the matter again only to be told that my voucher is only valid for 12 months. I questioned this and explained that the opposite had been said to me by a different member of staff. “ “ well what was her name and what did she look like “ said the woman. I said I didn’t know. She was rude, cold , unfriendly, unhelpful and just made me feel awful.. she then took the voucher from me and said she’d put it in the bin. The voucher didn’t state that it had an expiration date so In hindsight I could have contacted citizens advice, I think she knew this and that’s why she took it. I then told her that I had bought a jumper out of the shop before and was very unhappy with the quality, it went all baggy and shabby within a couple of months. She then preceded to tell me that nothing from the shop was like that and that they had NEVER had any complaints before and I probably hadn’t washed it properly. I told her I am 58 years old and I know how to wash a jumper. Overall , this shop has financially benefited without giving anything in return. But then for this dreadful woman to treat me the way she did just rubbed salt in the wounds. I will never set foot in this shop anymore . It would be good to know if anyone else has had a problem with the quality of their jumpers. Just be careful because they are not customer oriented at all.

Visited today in Richmond and there were some really lovely clothes, things that were stylish and just that bit different. Had a bit of a laugh with the two friendly, helpful ladies who were serving today.

Gorgeous little clothes shop selling fabulous clothing and assesories. Staff are really lovely and helpful .The clothing range fits really well and washes lovely . Definitely worth a visit x

Really nice shop, with beautiful jewellery and clothes. Great for gifts and for yourself. Packed really nicely as well.
