Well stocked shop with plenty of variety in the magazine and book sections. Lots of local interest reference material. Everything else is as you'd expect from WH. Bit of a surprise to find one in the town square, hopefully it is well supported and doesn't close as many other small outlets have.

If you go into this shop don’t expect any customer service! Even when two members of staff are standing behind the till they still do not serve you! I used the self service till in the end because I didn’t have time to wait for them to end their conversation. Sadly it’s not the first time I’ve been ignored whilst shopping here.

Went to the Richmond North Yorkshire store today to collect a parcel, closing time was 2pm I got there at 12pm and the store was closed.

The place was nice and contained lots of good deals and a range of items. However, the only toilet was dirty with a muddy floor and the prices were high. Will be going again despite this.
