We recently stayed in the Richmond area with friends as part of a surprise celebration for my husband's 60th Birthday. I contacted Joan as I wanted to accommodation to feel a bit more special. Joan was create and provided me with display/colour ideas. The balloon were already in place when we arrived and they looked fantastic. They made the room look great and the colours chosen complimented the room perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Balloon Magic again and would happily recommend their service to others seeking a balloon service.

Joan was so helpful - I didn’t give her a lot of time and she created personalised balloons to the colour of our choice. Our daughter was delighted to have them as it was her second birthday in lockdown. We were Cv19 safe and Joan was brilliant! Thank you.
