Very friendly and proficient jewellers. I took my watch for a repair with what I thought may be a serious fault. After a short time I was very pleased and surprised to be told that the fault has been resolved. Highly recommended service.

I passed on a gold necklace to my parents to get fixed by this jeweller in Richmond. While I never met the team at CJ Lightfoot in person, I feel I must leave a review for the excellent job they have done. I can't tell where the break was because they've done such an excellent repair. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was! The turnaround on the repair was extremely quick too. The team also managed to repair a white gold wedding ring for my mum, and again, they did an fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Mum was told by another jeweller that it wasn't possible and followed up by trying to sell her a ring for £1,500!! They'll remain nameless but I'm delighted they haven't managed to rip mum off. I'm delighted to wear my necklace again as I bought it for my 40th birthday, and it is lovely to see mum able to wear her wedding ring again, so I am very grateful to CJ Lightfoots for getting it back on her finger!

I visited Lightfoots jewelers in Richmond this week to see if they could have a look at my £430 Tissot watch. The winder had broken off and I had already been told by Bradleys Jewelers in Northallerton and told that there was nothing that can be done . It would have to go off the Tissot and it would cost more to repair the watch than buy a new one, so I might as well put it in the bin!!!!. The ladies in Lightfoots said they couldn't promise anything but they would get 'Chris' to have a look at it. I got a text the following day to say it was fixed. I collected it earlier today and it's working perfectly. Thankyou Lightfoots, Chris and the Ladies. I am very grateful.
