The owner is incredibly friendly and inviting. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to assist. It's a fantastic shop, well-stocked with a variety of items. The prices are outstanding given the quality of the products. Since purchasing Lottie's crystals and opting out of buying online, I’ve noticed some subtle shifts in my manifestations (this is a recent change where I now source my crystals).

Absolutely lovely shop. The customer service is amazing, I always feel so welcome. This small but beautiful shop does not only sell crystals, it also sells many other gorgeous pieces such as rings and necklaces. It’s the perfect place to buy a gift!!

A real cave of delights! Lottie is so knowledgeable about her stock, which is constantly being added to. It's a real treat to visit, and my little collection of crystal skulls is steadily growing. The pieces are reasonably priced, beautifully displayed, and everything has a lovely energy that reflects Lottie's passion for what she does.

Came across Lottie’s shop on a day out to Richmond - she was so lovely and knowledgable! Vibe and experience here compared to other crystal shops in the area was definitely above and beyond. You can tell she knows her crystals, and really does choose them carefully and intentionally. Absolutely recommend to pop in
