Mocha

I was given this lovely box of vegan chocolates as a present, they were the best I've had. So tasty and wonderfully presented with a bow ribbon. My mother lives near the shop, on my next visit I'll be popping in to get some more!

stopped by on our trip to Richmond and absolutely loved this spot. I am a huge hot chocolate lover and out of every hot chocolate I've had, nothing came close to this. I ordered a large milk chocolate & salted caramel hot chocolate with cream and marhmallows. We also tried the toasted marshmallows cappuccino. the drinks came with a complementary chocolate and they were so nice. decoration and vibes inside were so cosy. staff were lovely and patient. great choices on menu. dog friendly with generous puppicinos. will be coming back!

5***** I couldn’t leave a more glowing review for a company! I discovered Mocha by chance when planning a trip to Richmond. I dropped Mocha a message on Instagram the morning of the visit to request 25 boxes of chocolate for my staff Christmas meal. I didn’t expect it would be possible to fulfil the request. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive, did absolutely everything she could, and her wonderful team made the dream a possibility. We collected at 11am that morning. The chocolates are absolutely the best I’ve ever tried in my life, and my staff team have felt well and truly spoilt receiving these luxurious chocolates. The atmosphere inside the store was fantastic, and the smell of chocolate super special. We purchased a latte, which was also perfect. We are already planning for a visit back to Mocha from Northumberland to purchase more chocolates, and to enjoy a lovely breakfast. Thank you for making our first trip to Richmond extremely special, and for bringing a smile to our hardworking clinical team. This will be a yearly tradition but I promise to give more notice next time! I hope you all have the most incredible festive break, and wishing you the best for the new year. Good coffee but that’s it. There’s rarely space, and the food is bang-average and really expensive for what it is. They charged £2 for an extra sausage, which came out as tiny and not that great quite frankly (photo attached). I get that it was ‘locally sourced’ but this was not worth it.
