Richmondshire Rugby Union Football Club
About
Description
Richmondshire RUFC prides itself on being a Club for the community with strong links to the army based at Catterick Garrison. The Club prides itself on the core RFU values: Teamwork; Respect; Enjoyment; Discipline and Sportsmanship.
The Club is going from strength-to-strength following the opening of our fabulous new Clubhouse and changing facilities. The senor section consists of a first and a second XV team. There is also a ladies team (The Ravens) that train weekly and a large junior section with teams in all age groups under 16 years plus a highly successful ‘micros’ group that can accept any child under the age of 6 years. The seniors train on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm with matches on Saturday afternoon, The Ravens train on Wednesday evenings at 7pm and the juniors train and have matches on Sunday mornings at 10am.
Outside of these times, the Club has regular social events and the Clubhouse is also available for private hire. The best way to experience it is to come and visit us. Pop in one Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Grab a beer or a coffee and see what we are getting excited about!
