A.K.A The Applegarth Club. I called here on a Thursday evening, not long after opening time. It was quiet, with 1 guest plus myself. The bar area was really clean, brightly lit and very welcoming!! There's plenty of parking spaces adjacent to the club. Four real ales were on offer + 1 real cider on tap, along with the usual lagers. I chose a wilde child brew (see photos). I would visit again if i was in the area 👍
Great club, always 4 decent beers on, the Gin choice is wonderful and the club is a friendly place to visit. You should be a member but guests are welcome.
Really nice club. Clean, friendly, a great place to meet and enjoy a fantastic pint of real ale. Barman/steward very knowledgeable about the beers on offer.
Fantastic venue, non members welcome. Great venue for christenings and parties too.
A hidden gem with quality real ales and one of the most knowledgeable landlords (stewards) around.
