Dryers were huge capacity but only one basket per load. When my brothers dryer 3x smaller can take 1 and half baskets and dry everything. Over priced. Ruined my blanket that is dryer compatible by melting it. Yet only warmed everything else. Absolutely crap

We Used recently for wash and dry of two quilts washing and drying. Paid over £30 for this service instead of doing it ourselves. When taken out of bag couple of days later to realise they have gone mouldy and are still wet so clearly they were not dried properly. Very disappointed. Hoping they aren’t ruined.

Been using for years, v good overall - helpful/knowledgeable owners/staff overall, range of machines, price affordable, clean, would definitely recommend. Only thing I would point out is, although generally reliable, every now & again can close during the 'Opening hours', with only a note on the door, so I've been v inconveniened - I will be ringing them before going each time from now on. Overall, though, v good!

Attended this launderette today, was very expensive washers and the tumble dryers need to be replaced, the guy who was assisting wants you to have them on medium heat and I now know why. 2 blankets and a fleece top are scorched, medium heat did nothing at all and that was £4.00 worth then spent £5.00 on another dryer on hot and they were still damp when it had finished 30 mins at most launderettes with decent dryers and some even have spinners you can use for 20p so the clothes go into the dryer even less wet. 40 mins tops and your washing should be dry. 42 mins at this place would cost me £7.00 and I suspect the washing would still not be dry at that price. Your ripping people off
