We hired the venue for the evening for my grandparents joint birthday on Saturday and it turned out wonderfully. The food was beautiful, the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and everyone including my grandparents had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a similar, intimate get together for family & friends. Thank you again💖
Hi just visited this cafe but before I entered i opened the door for whi I thought was a customer just like me . He replied thank you i joked with him its ok your paying . We laughed as he turned round and said thats OK I own the place order what you want it OK I offered to pay he said no. Thank you I said in return well im a scotch man so you can't say im tiet we laughed again . Food is always nice here and services is a1 and the owner made my day. Fantastic totally worth a call its just minutes of junction 50 pop in you wont be disappointed. Well done to all the staff that work in there. Edward ( egg blackpudding on a bap) five stars 🌟
It’s fantastic to finally see the potential realised in what is an absolute gem of a venue for Ripon. The food is excellent. I don’t mean that in the sense of it’s great for a casual meal in the park, it’s so good it becomes a reason to visit. It’s situated in a beautiful and peaceful park just outside the city centre, with amenities such as bowls and crazy golf. The atmosphere at lunchtime was bustling, a good indication that the new owners have respected the patrons who used to come before and brought in a new audience that have discovered a real gem. Did I mention the food? If I didn’t, you should come just for that experience. The number one place to visit in Ripon.
The best poached eggs in the area , we cycle to many cafes around and this one is the best value for miles, food great, staff great, cannot fault it, very accessible for bikes too We now plan our rides so we can eat there regularly, its important to support local independent businesses
