I am not impressed, I ordered a parmesan and a donner meat and chips on phone order. The bloke who was on the phone could not understand what i was saying, so i placed the order anyhow and i went to collect it. When i asked for my order as i went after 20 mins as that was the time i was given to come down, and the bloke behind counter said its £5.85 then he said cash only so I had to cash out and that had cost me £2.00 withdrawal fee. So me thinking it was 5.85 as i had cashed out only £10. So ive gone back and he said bill is £10.00, completely forgetting the donner meat and chips, he got my order wrong completely so i had to cash out another £10 again with a £2.00 withdrawal fee all because of their mistake. I went im and paid, they never offered me a drink with my meal, no tissues or recipt. The attitude of these workers was appalling as if they havent seen an individual who is not white. This is so unprofessional and I am not impressed. This will be the first time and last time im ever going here again. If i do end up ordering again and the workers give me cheek they have something coming for them!

By far the best kebab you can get in Ripon! Meat is always cooked to perfection from their fiery coals, the salad is always fresh, can't fault the food. Service is always quick and friendly! Highly recommended.

Consistently good on the meat but very tight with the salad,literally a morsel of cabbage,lettuce and onions. If they gave more salad then I think you'd get your money's worth. But way better than Gianis across the road where you get gut rot and the shits.

Got 2 Parmesans which were decent enough & pretty big, I'd phoned the order in to pick up at 7pm but when I got there whoever took the call had written down 8pm on the order. No worries though as they did them pretty quickly. The order system is total chaos, people were calling about orders & there seems to be no system in place to actually find them on the board, the girl who took mine didn't even take my name. At least one person cancelled their order, presumably because they'd waited too long. Another annoying thing is they put the salad in the box with hot food so by the time you get home you've now got warm salad!
