Came here a while ago with my friends for my birthday and was thoroughly satisfied. There's all kinds of cuisines so it was easy for everyone to find something they liked, and the decor was very pretty. The food was absolutely amazing too (best meal I've had yet).

Always a pleasure eating here. Food is spot on, tasty, well presented, chefs are clearly good at what they do. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Look forward to our next visit

I ate here with my family. Pros: Portions are big, restaurant is comfortable and welcoming, staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. The restaurant caters to children with a dedicated play area and facilities. There were lots of parents in the restaurant and the toilet facilities were clean, especially the baby changing area (which is often forgotten about in other restaurants). On the occasion we visited, the manager was highly visible, and clearly runs a tight ship- Which is good, as meals arrived on time, tables were cleared and she ensured that patrons were having a good time. All were catered to and customers were happy. Cons: We left, smelling like fried food/ grease, which lingered, and meant that I had to wash the coats & clothes soon as we got home. We were not sat near the kitchen either… The kitchen extraction system needs improvement, as I wouldn’t consider eating here if I had following plans afterwards, due to not wanting my clothes to smell. However, the overall experience was a pleasant, high quality meal.

Kid friendly (but fine for just adults too!). Spacious, nice decor. Didn't need to book on a Sunday morning. Good strong coffee and good menu with some 'different' options. Went for brunch and all meals were very nice. Kids loved the smoothies and milkshakes too! Would definitely return if we're back in the area.

A perfect spot for brunch during one of our outings. My wife and I loved wandering the market square and people-watching, especially as her energy was limited between chemo treatments, and this place was exactly what we needed – relaxed, welcoming, and full of charm. I ordered the Shakshuka, which was absolutely delicious, and my wife had the Lounge Breakfast with a glass of fresh orange juice. Everything was cooked beautifully, tasted amazing, and really hit the spot. The vibe was great, with a lovely, friendly atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. The staff were so warm and attentive, which made us feel right at home, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. We’d hoped to come back for one of their tapas Tuesdays, but sadly we didn’t get the chance, as this was one of our last outings before my wife lost her battle with cancer. Even so, I’m so grateful for the special memories we made here. Claro Lounge gave us a wonderful experience during a tough time, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
