Joe is the absolute legend of Zorros! Honestly, every time I go into Zorro's in Ripon, Joe makes the whole experience ten times better. He’s just got that energy — friendly, funny, and genuinely seems to care about making sure everyone’s having a good time. The guy deserves a medal (or at least a raise). Zorros wouldn’t be the same without him also I’d like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Joe his positive attitude, efficiency, and friendly personality create such a welcoming atmosphere. He consistently goes above and beyond — an absolute credit to the team!
One meal can change one person's view of a shops food! Ive been going to zorrors since it opened! 18 years ago. I still go now and the food is still here and exceeds my expectations! Thank you 👍
Ordered a donna kebab about three weeks ago and 2 pieces of fried chicken with chips and garlic sauce was given three separate prices so I said forget it then was called back asking if I still wanted it and said yes but no peppers,I tried yesterday but was asked for my phone number address post code and number,never had this before I was asked to call back with my phone number now they won't answer the phone
Absolutely vile. Ordered 4 different pizzas. The only one that a party member enjoyed was a margarita. The rest as soon as you picked up the toppings fell off. Couldn't taste any toppings apart from all the disgusting cheese. Not cheap to waste at £60!. Never again
Ordered at 4pm for delivery. Was told delivery starts at 5pm so meal will be there 5.30pm. Meal was on time but pizza was cold and kebab was well, didn't even try to eat it! Totally disgusting. Messaged them to sort it out, not bothered at all! Robbing people of there hard earned money !
