Mozzarellis

So we last ordered in March and we were disappointed that we had orange bits of plastic in our topped fries, I called the restaurant, they apologised and offered a refund on the fries which I accepted (we never received the refund which was nice). But anyway we thought we’d give it one more chance because the pizza is normally pretty good. My pizza was good I can’t fault it, my wife’s was terrible, a thin crust was like cardboard and mainly see-through which is a shame because the thin crust are normally pretty good, she ended up binning most because of how paper thin it was and it became extremely hard to bite into. I didn’t call the restaurant up because what’s the point, nothing happened last time? I generally don’t write bad reviews but I think this is acceptable after what happened with my previous order and then tonight’s order. pictures below of my March order featuring plastic in fries and my wife’s pizza from tonight.

Food is great every time at Mozzarelli’s. We tend to pop over and pick up, and the last time I went I ended up also buying a lasagne (homemade by them) which was recommended to me when I got there and it was absolutely delicious. Love the gluten free options too!

This place is 10/10 from food to service and everything in between! I can’t recommend it enough! We were out in need of food and heading home with car trouble! And this place was recommended on someone else’s review😂 so we had to give it a go! Staff were genuine! Friendly and helpful! Food was delivered to my car in the car park in less than 20mins by a young polite lad with a smile! Portions are huge (pizza for breakfast😍) food was absolutely delicious not a single fault to be had! We will be back again! Thank you 🙏

Absolutely feel ripped of, ordered a 13 in Donna pizza, 8 tiny bits of Donner on the whole thing, 4 cherry tomatoes chopped in half. We spent near £34. Mushrooms OK, chicken wings OK but expensive for 5 tiny wings, Meatfeat pizza was just passing as a meat feast pizza (not a feast) To say I'm disappointed is underrated, absolute rip of. Only good thing was delivery was quick. Half the Donner pizza in photo got that bored of it its in the bin, I do not recommend this place to any one, save ur money.

So first time trying Mozzarelis since it changed hand I was really looking forward to it as the last one we had was very nice but I have to say it has been a massive disappointment will not be using them again the standard of food is nothing more than disgusting soggy pizza ,plain bland burger ,cold fries . Not impressed it is that bad pretty much all of it has ended up in the bin.
