Excellent all-round stay and food. Firstly we had a very nice welcome when we arrived, shown to out room and things explained. We booked for a meal in the evening which was lovely just GB and pizza very thin base, however both were very nice including the house white wine👍. Breakfast was amazing, and I mean amazing. Food was Italian options and the going gentleman who waited on us was excellent. You need to keep hold of him, he is a true asset to your lovely business. Thank you 🇮🇹
Valentino's provided us with accomodation at very short notice when we needed it most. Everything was perfect for our stay. The room was very comfortable and cosy and included a small fridge and safe. Most importantly, we felt very welcomed and cared for as if we were part the family! We didn't get the opportunity to eat in the restaurant but hope to do so before too long.
Fabulous experience at Valentinos. 9 work colleagues having a meal, all had different meals and everyone really loved their meal. The staff were amazing and the decor and ambience was wonderful. First time at this restaurant but definitely won't be the last. Thank Valentinos for a great evening!
Very nice meal last night as a walk in. Mediterranean prawns for starter were great. “Number six” (Pork) as a main was excellent. Chocolate fudge cake could have been a more generous portion size. House wine very good. Overall a lovely meal, will be back.
After a nightmare with a previous booking, we moved to this hotel and were welcomed with open arms. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home straight away. We stayed in the suite spread over two floors, which was beautifully maintained and of the highest quality. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with a very generous selection, and our evening meal there was just as impressive. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely warm, always greeting us with a smile. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — I would highly recommend it!
