We were sadly let down by Metcalfe's, despite an initially positive meeting. We were told that they could indeed help us with some tax and investment planning, and that we would hear back with next steps by the end of the week - but we heard nothing. I emailed three weeks later to follow up, only to be told that they would get back to us, but that I needed to understand that they were prioritising active clients. Fine - but why say they could help? It felt like an utter waste of time.

Servuce with Monica and Karen has always been fantastic but my last few months I have needed their help more than usual and they have gone above and beyond. Just fantastic service!! Thank you both and the team so, so much! Highly recommended!
