I have had great service and assistance from all staff I have encountered. Emma Rutherford was very helpful, and Alison Randall was exceptionally patient and diligent, when I had an issue installing the app on my new phone! All counter staff I have met could not have been more helpful too. Would give ten stars, if I could !! So glad we still have local branch! Vanessa Brewis

Just dashed in to beat the usual ridiculously early 3.30pm closure. Only today it's 2.00pm. You must all be exhausted after that four and a half hours at the coalface. Thanks HSBC. Enjoy the pub!

It's okay, but personally I don't really like all the familiarity from the staff. I know that makes me sound like an anti-social cuss, but i think I prefer banks to be slightly dark and foreboding.
