I had a set of acrylics put on in Sydney that I didn’t like before coming to England on holiday. I’m very lucky Beth had time to see me and redid the manicure and put on a fresh colour and they are so beautiful. The eye for tiny details was incredible. Felt very taken care of, lovely cup of tea as I sat down and the atmosphere in the salon is so nice. Very clean too. Would recommend to anyone 💕

I was given an appointment to remove acrylics that I was desperate to get off. I was greeted and given a drink, when my nails were removed I got a nice hand massage with skin scrub all for £15 which I thought was above and beyond what was expected. However, while waiting for my nails to soak, I noticed something else about the other staff in the salon. It was how incredibly kind and patient they were with their clients. They showed such kindness and respect to elderly clients and I just thought how that would have meant the world to those clients. The way they acted with these costumers probably made that persons day or even week. I was so shocked and delighted by this, it is not the sort of thing you see everyday in busy businesses. The time taken to give each individual the time and "chat" they need was just so special here.

Very disappointed with the ability to provide me with any available dates for a simple gel manicure. They said that all evening appointments were currently reserved to 'regulars' and if I left my.number, they might find a place. Feel awful, not what I was expecting and will not be using them in the future.

Beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. Always made to feel welcome with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely love having my nails done here, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
