Shambolic approach. I did not feel looked after, and the post-sale aftercare has been poor. They forgot to include the charging cable for my car and then once I called them about this they promised to deliver it to me at home - they didn’t. My husband had to collect it - and when he brought it home I noticed straight away a note with the cable saying RENAULT ONLY! When I called them again they flippantly told me to just use it anyway. It’s a now almost 4 weeks since I bought my new car from them and sold my old one to them. I still have not received the monies from selling my car. I was also mid-sold a boot mat which turned out to be unavailable - I am yet to be refunded for this as well. I called yesterday to enquire about these matters and was told they’d speak to accounts and call me back. I’ve had no call. Very poor.

Great service start to finish, new car purchased. Kept up to date on all movements regarding delivery and availability, which is key to me. Recommend using, great staff and support.
