The entire buying experience at Canalside was spot on. Plenty of time and space to view the car. No sales pitches. A route suggested for a test drive. And straight forward offer and acceptance to buy. I used the warranty service for a minor issue, Tom was approachable and accommodating, and the issue was fixed. Excellent, honest, straight forward car sales. A very rare thing these days. I can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a second hand VW Tiguan from Tom a few weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say! Tom was extremely helpful and happy to get the car up on the lift for us to have a look at underside. Happy for us to look around vehicle, test drive and read through paperwork whilst taking as much time as we needed, no pressure. Once purchased I contacted Tom to bring the car back in to sort a minor issue. He had it in and out within a day with no problem and happy to help and provided a curtesy car!
