I have spent weeks looking for a second hand Range Rover Velar D200 MHEV in Arroios Grey with Black Pack and Black Wheels. One came up at Lloyds Ripon. My wife and I visited over Christmas. We were warmly greeted by Craig Trainor . We took the car for a test drive and a deal was negotiated. For the last week I have spoke with Craig almost every day for up dates on all the admin that goes with buying a new car. Craig as done an exceptional job on looking after us and we thoroughly appreciate the way he as dealt with us. I would recommend Lloyds of Ripon to any one who is looking to buy a new car. We have used Lloyd Land Rover Ripon numerous times to purchase our vehicles and for the routine maintenance and servicing of them. I cannot recommend the team enough, we are dealt with efficiently and they always go the extra mile to ensure a service that fits our individual needs. The service desk team are extremely welcoming and I feel like I am treated as an individual customer rather than a number, they always keep us informed on the progress and we get the car back with a full run down of any work they have done.

Recently purchased an approved Range Rover from Ripon Land Rover. The sales process was excellent from start to finish. Ali looked after us throughout and provided outstanding service. When we showed interest in a vehicle on the forecourt, Ali approached us despite the poor weather, when he could easily have waited until we went inside. A test drive was arranged promptly, and the sale was handled efficiently and professionally. The only reason for knocking off one star was that the 165-point check was not completed correctly by the service team, which was disappointing given the value of the vehicle.
