Failed parcel delivery claiming they can’t access the property because of a little snow, I have seen Amazon delivery vans in the street, every delivery vans on the street. But Royal Mail can’t make it, called the sorting office but they don’t open until 10. No wonder the business is on it arse, put your tea down and do your job. I work in logistics and we have stock coming in from across Europe without issue.useless

Had a small issue with a parcel being sent to an old address. Without any fuss, their friendly staff apologised then made arrangements for it to be collected the same day and forwarded to my new address. Thank you guys! You all do an awesome job☺️

We've got the best postie in North Yorkshire. Always spot on and the Ripon sorting office is very quick dealing with queries.

Although a tiny bit confused about how to get there and enter initially (through car park opposite Ripon bus station, go left into the walkway beside the car gate) Once I got in and followed the right paths I talked the to the customer service part straight away near the opened double doors who was able to help with a package :)
