Bridge House Dental Practice

Fantastic service. I needed an emergency appointment and the phone was answered by a lovely, helpful receptionist who made me an appointment the same day. The dentist was incredibly helpful in and explained what she was doing whilst she was doing it and the dental nurse offered to hold my baby whilst I had work done. Lovely team. Thank you very much.

We registered online as NHS patients, through a link on the NHS website. I completed the documentation that was sent to me online by the practice prior to my appointment, I stated that I was not entitled to free NHS treatment & signed the form stating that I was willing to pay for my treatment at the relevant NHS price band. Nowhere in the documentation I was sent online did it state that some treatments are only charged at the Private rate. I felt that the documentation was very misleading with no exclusions mentioned anywhere. It was only once I was at my appointment that the Dental Practitioner explained this to me stating that there were only certain treatments that she could undertake.. Hygienist sessions are only available at a private rate of £60+, provided by the same Practitioner that carry’s out the NHS work.. I appreciate it’s very difficult to register with an NHS dental practice but I feel that there should be full disclosure of the terms & conditioners when contacting the Practice through the NHS link to register.. The appointment itself was ok. The staff were polite..

Excellent practice with lovely staff! I brought my 16 month old daughter for her first dentist trip and the dentists as well as the receptionists made her feel so calm and gave her a little sticker at the end! So cute. This is now our regular dentist and there’s a little park directly opposite which is great for kids if you get there slightly early!

Absolutely brilliant dental practise. I really don't like usually going to dentists due to previous practices, but Paul puts me at ease, very nice friendly chap. He gets you in gets the job done no fussing or messing. My little boy also had his first check up today. He was absolutely brilliant with him. Thankyou

The receptionist are lovely and the dental treatment for my son was excellent today. Thankful he can join the practice.
