Linley & Simpson manage the letting and full end to end property maintenance for us and do a fantastic job. Emma Mitchell in particular handled our latest tenancy post a long term renter vacating. The process was smooth, communication open and swift renewal achieved. I'd highly recommend them if you're a landlord seeking a stress-less agency/owner relationship.

We've just had a really great experience with Linley & SImpson, securing our new rental home in Ripon. Emma showed us around the property initially and she was then super-efficient at answering all our questions and ensuring we hit the target move in date and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great service guys - thanks!

Living in a rented Property 'managed' by linley and Simpson. We have found ourselves without a working boiler for over a week, NO hot water, nothing. Also a leak under the kitchen floor, which is flooding the place. Our landlord has phoned, we phoned, I had the phone put down on me. Result NOTHING. !!.
