I am really thankful that I decided to stay with sherirongtons!! They are so good in taking care of their tenants! Its justa one message away and they will immediately assist you with your concerns!!! Kudos to Neil!!!!
I would not recommend this letting agent. The flat I let from them was a poor state. I was informed during the viewing that the damp had been resolved and it was just a cosmetic issue. The flat was painted the morning before I moved in to cover this up. I was in the tenancy 3 months and the mould and damp issues continued to the extent I considered environmental health and could not live in the property without feeling ill. It was agreed I could leave my tenancy early but no compensation was forthcoming. I should also state Sherringtons themselves did not inspect the property once during this time, and were not forthcoming in rectifying issues.
I have been renting through Sherringtons for 2 years am really pleased with the service they provide. Any issues are dealt with immediately and Neil is very approachable and understanding.
