My Jaguar IPace EV shut down recently and I have to admit I was in a total panic. I did a lot of searching I found Justin and the team, and these guys are the cutting-edge non main dealer repair garage- really curious and will have an attempt to repair anything EV. They've got the Backup software for main dealer off-line, so no issues regarding software and Diagnostics. They did an epic job and I'm back on the road. Highly recommended
Friendly, helpful, very thorough, local and cheaper than a main dealer. What's not to like? Justin and the team do a great job, and for me, being within walking distance of home is a bonus, having been driving 20 miles to the nearest main dealer previously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J A Services (Ripon). Wish I'd switched to them years ago.
Being part of the HEVRA network for electric vehicles I choose JA Services to swap out a high mileage traction battery on my Nissan LEAF. Justin took delivery and fitted the new battery in a professional manner. The car now has longer range and no issues when extra demand is required from the accelerator. If you are local with an EV and require work doing on your car, I would highly recommend the team at JA Services.
A great garage. Had a pre MOT check, spot on, very informative and friendly chat about the result, mind at rest for the actual MOT, now booked, observed while I was waiting how the staff interacted with other customers, very friendly and as far as I could tell very informative. Definitely my local garage now.
Perfect! Much cheaper than the main dealers servicing and within walking distance of the bright lights of beautiful Ripon while you wait. Thanks muchly folks, we'll be back in about 10k miles. Edit! 10k miles later and they're still perfect! Thanks again.
