I visited this shop recently and enquired about the cutting of two spare mortice keys. The bloke behind the counter quoted me £16.95 for one or £24.95 for two! Told him he was taking the piss and walked out. I then got both keys cut in Bedale for £6 and yes they work perfectly. The Yale 5 lever mortice lock I had just fitted only cost me £24.95! Unless you have more money than sense or have no other option, then i would suggest you go elsewhere.
