I've been with this place long term when it was still on North Street cause my surgery tend to send stuff there. The turn over for the locker system has improved recently.
I get my medication delivered & always find the driver very pleasant. The staff at Day Lewis are always helpful & the pharmacist will always answer your questions & gives advice. Well done to all at Day Lewis Ripon.
Some times they are very slow in letting you know your Script is ready.
Excellent service for my monthly medication. The external self service collection machine is very convenient as it is available 24 hours a day. A text is sent with a collection code when drugs are ready.
Absolutely unfit for purpose. Went in earlier this afternoon for neighbour's prescription got that. Asked if mine was ready, ‘we’re still processing it’. Got text when I’d got home it’s in the machine. Went back into town & ohh machine out of order. Nothing to do with the ladies in there. But the owners should put customers/patients before profit
