Changed opening hours so no longer accessible if you have a job and work 9-5. Edit: 3 MONTHS after I posted this, which I did at the time while standing outside the front door of the post office itself, the owner has deigned to respond saying it is incorrect. It may be wrong now, but waiting until you improve your opening hours and THEN responding is not fooling anyone. So not only uncaring but also duplicitous in handling of issues. Would give 0 stars if I could.

By far this is the friendliest Postmaster ever ! I had a click and drop parcel to submit and also wanted to renew my driving licence. The gentleman took a great deal of care to ensure the photo was acceptable and was cheery and efficient throughout. Such a ray of sunshine and much appreciated ☺️
Woman in the post office had a very rude sarcastic attitude. I had asked for the receipts to be printed from some orders that I had paid for, something I do very regularly at home and that no other post office I've ever been to has ever had a problem with and she noticed my accent and that I was from Birmingham and sarcastically said "nobody in our community asks us to do this" which she repeated several times, she then went on to say "we have a good community around here and they respect and support us" I was not aware asking her to do something within her job role was disrespectful. Would definitely not return, would also suggest some courses in customer service.
